This was a fantastic trip and I enjoyed every moment of it. Tia was extremely helpful from the first time I contacted her right through to the end. She was approachable, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The organisation and communication relating to this trip was excellent, everything was covered. Although the days travelling were long, there were plenty of stops and the scenery we passed through was always interesting even before we got to the final destination for the day. Craig our coach driver had an encyclopedic knowledge of the every area, animals and vegetation. His commentary was clear, he was happy to answer questions and the videos he showed relating to where we were going were enjoyable and informative. Every destination was worthwhile and the scenery was beyond beautiful. I couldn't fault it and it was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you

It was an amazing tour, I loved every part of it. Shelby was great and very professional. Always available to answer my questions and I will happily refer my friends to her if they wish to travel to New Zealand. The tour itself was 10/10+ from the start. I have nothing negative to say. Trip was high end it seemed and we got in to see lots of New Zealand South Island primarily. Much better than taking a cruise there! All of us on trip got along well and we enjoyed our guide Craig. Did not need our extra bags and jackets. Created more for us to deal with. Your country is beautiful!

Sabina Din at New Zealand Coach Tours coordinated the most awesome bus tour anyone could imagine. The tour consisted of about 10 days on South Island (think fiords, lakes, waterfalls, and millions of sheep) and about 4 days on North Island (think Hobbiton and more sheep). Each day was action packed with activities; one was on a 1912 coal-burning steamboat, another was on a rail excursion through the Alps, and another was on a speed boat that could do 360-degree spins). Our driver John had incredible stories, history, and humor, and our guide Brenda was so considerate and thoughtful, taking care of any request. Every hotel offered gorgeous rooms and included huge breakfasts and awesome dinners. We didn't need to plan anything for ourselves; even the transfers from and to the airports were pre-arranged for us.

Chelsea was terrific to work with. I appreciated her communications and she kept me informed about the opening of the calendar for bookings. I loved my trip with grand pacific Tours. I had the best time and it was the perfect tour for me. This trip had to be postponed because of COVID and I never felt forgotten as we waited for NZ to open back up to tourists. Thanks for making my dream trip come true!

Rod the coach driver was excellent. Very knowledgeable, interesting and funny anecdotes, always very polite and smartly dressed, kept the coach very clean and tidy both inside and outside.

The trip was outstanding and our driver/guide was excellent. The only thing I can think of at this time was the tour needed two night in Wellington. There wasn’t enough time to get to see the remainder of the museum and explore the city.

Sophie McKenzie is a person truly dedicated to her job. She always get in touch and ask if we have any query and always make it sound exciting of our upcoming tour. Perfect picture of an excellent consultant. The tour itself was impressive having first class seat. Bus always spotless clean both inside and outside. Our Captain Coach/driver Lindsay is a safe driver so caring, accommodating, so knowledgeable about NZ and made us feel like one family.

Tour was extremely well organised. Any queries prior to the tour were dealt with promptly. Hotels were great, coach was great and the driver Craig very knowledgeable and helpful.

I took the risk of booking for the grand pacific Tour (GPT), 10 day Ultimate South Island package after Easter 2024, without any advise on TA on my travel agent's advise. It was the only long tour available at the end of the warm season that fitted my schedule. Linda, our guide and driver, smoothly and meticulously organised it all: meal and happy hour timing, luggage handling, seat rotation, upcoming weather and more. Her strict punctuality secured uneventful transfers to the TranzAlpine Train, Milford and river cruises, helicopter tours and other optional excursions. The large coach bus has a maximum of 20 comfortable reclining seats with electrical buttons like in a premium class flight; a cold water fountain, a fridge; a toilet (none of us has used it since we have many comfort stops); earphone, personal water bottle. It was actually a blessing that during our trip, wifi on board was not functional and disconnected us from our reality back home during the escapade! Excellent choices of destinations and best accommodations possible at each town: all hotel rooms were huge (except the Hôtel Distinction in Te Anau, a very good 3stars as the usual GPT's favourite was unavailable), stylish and modern with smart lighting, optimal soundproofed rooms so we don't hear hotel guests come and go at different hours; quiet temperature control system; extensive TV programmes; sophisticated shower heads, yes! shampoo and conditioner so you can travel light. It was the excellent New Zealand Coach Tours agent, Ella Stalker, who advised me. She figured my travelling style quickly and matched it with what was available. Thanks Ella!

Excellent tour arrangement by Chelsea. David, our tour guide / driver, did very good job. Beautiful country. Great itinerary to cover South NZ island. Strongly recommend to any small group of travellers.

My Trip was fantastic from start to finish I will recommend Petra for her great service and NZ COACH TOURS for looking after my bookings. grand pacific Tours gave me a wonderful experience on the tour could not be better. The coach, hotels and places they took us to were first class. The coach driver and the staff of grand pacific Tours looked after all of us and my fellow travellers all agreed we had a wonderful trip.

A magnificent tour with the most spectacular scenery I have ever seen. Our tour director/driver Linda was exceptionally knowledgeable and giving a thorough commentary throughout the tour in an entertaining manner, cannot praise her enough. 11/10 for the tour.

I had the most amazing time on my south island tour the people the bus driver the tour leader and the motels and most of all the scenery and the things we did were amazing. Right from day one when I rang up about doing the south island tour the lady was lovely. I would recommend the bus company to all my friends and family. Hoping to do 1 next year!

Well planned and organized tour which delivered everything it promised. Comfortable coach and hotels, well informative guide and drivers and covered all major attractions either included or optional. As a vegetarian, food options were little less for me but easily manageable. 2 things which I would like to suggest is, the guided tour time wherever history is involved can be reduced as people from outside New Zealand may not be able to connect with it. And, with people having longer full names (like Indians) please get their communicating name during tour as it will be easy for them to tell under what name bookings are done.
